And it definitely stings eve more when it's your passion you are putting out there.

So don't let that happen to you by speaking to your experience of what you've already done, how you have already served, what you've learned from the process, what you believe and what you feel.

Then you are strong.

Then you are real.

And the market will respect it, even if they don't agree with it.

And those that do agree, will be drawn to your leadership like a lighthouse.
