It is recommended to give yourself at least 15-20 minutes beforehand for meditation, reflection and/or preparing questions.
During Your Session
⇒ Bring a Journal and a Pen
⇒ Session Time is typically 90 minutes however it’s best to block out 2 hours in your calendar
⇒ Sessions will be via Zoom Video
⇒ Make sure you are in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed
After Your Session
It is also recommended that you give yourself at least 15 minutes after our session for reflection/integration/meditation.
